Located in Fletcher, NC, the home nicknamed “Cho” has Santos Construction and Remodeling’s service all over it. Working with Schumacher Homes, our company was tasked to frame and trim this brand new home. Take a look at the timeline of this project below.

In the fall of 2025, Santos Construction & Remodeling framed this home. In the living room, the wall of windows provides a great amount of natural light.
