Just a ways from the Tryon Equestrian Center, a new home a part of the Renew NC program is being built. Santos Construction & Remodeling partners with Shepherd’s Response to help bring a new beginning for a North Carolina Family. Our company was tasked to complete framing and other building jobs for this single family home near Mill Spring, NC. Take a look at just some of the results of our work on the Logan home.

In the early morning hours in August, Santos crew works to start the framing of this home.
After less than a week, framing is complete.

Through the trees, the home sits ready for the next phases of the construction process.

Fast forward one month, Logan sits nearly complete. The front porch view.
Full side view with the siding and trim installed.
Back on the front porch, the entrance to the home is almost ready to welcome home the owners ready to start a new chapter.
With a different angle, the home stands tall just like NC after the tragedy of a storm like Helene.
